Due to the residence's position on the heights above Theoule sur Mer, 2.5 kilometers from shops and the beach, a vehicle is indispensable. Free services on site include loan of ironing boards and irons, vacuum cleaners, and hair dryers, as well as the service of a sauna accommodating eight persons, a giant chess set, and table tennis. Paid services include coin operated laundry, safe rental, baby cots, and highchairs.
