Fawngrove condominiums are located in the Snow Park base area of Deer Valley Resort, less than a half mile from the lifts. Greyhawk condominiums are located at the entrance to the Resort. The Deer Valley Resort has been recognized and ranked in several publications as one of the top three in guest service, grooming, on mountain cuisine, and more. Fawngrove and Greyhawk condominiums offer on site amenities such as child care, free local calls, free underground parking, a complimentary shuttle service from December to March, and a concierge at the check in office.

Guests may contact the concierge at conciergedeervalleylodging.com prior to arrival to request reservations for activities in Park City. Guests will feel right at home while staying in a two or three bedroom unit at the Fawngrove or Greyhawk condominiums. All units have an outside deck, a gas fireplace, a living area, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker with complimentary coffee, toaster, and dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer for the guests' convenience. Most units in the Fawngrove condominiums also have hot tubs.

This property requires a five night minimum stay for arrivals between 12/24/05 1/1/06 and 2/16/06 2/25/06. A three night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 12/3/05 12/23/05, 1/2/06 2/15/06 and 2/26/06 4/16/06. A two night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 5/25/05 12/2/05.
