Once the reservation has been confirmed, guests must call Marika at 917 620 3510 or Keith at 347 219 4904 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to arrange for a meeting with the host to receive keys and other necessary items.
NOTE: A one time cleaning fee must be paid in cash upon check in. Fees are $35 for 1 2 guests, $45 for 3 guests, and $50 for 4 guests.
