The Elysian Guest House is located only five short blocks to the French Quarter in New Orleans. Blocks are quite small in the town, so a walk away isn't too far. For all the nature lovers, the mighty Mississippi River is close to the inn, so guests can check out the river while staying at the inn. The inn was built in the 1840's and is a Victorian shot gun style home, that offers gardens to stroll through, large hot tubs, privacy, and antiques that are scattered throughout the house. The inn also has free local calls, a sundeck, laundry facilities, and the innkeeper stays on the premise, available to guests for any reason. This property not suitable for children ages 3 11.
