Situated on a wide ocean beach, the Breakers features a water park with a 418 foot lazy river, which is available at the 21st Avenue location. Other amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, spa tubs, bar/lounge, and ATM service. Kids can enjoy the children's pool, seasonal children's programs and a video game arcade. The North Tower has two outdoor pools and a large poolside spa. Guests staying in the North Tower enjoy use of the amenities in the South and Paradise Towers. The resort offers a wide array of meeting rooms, including the Oceanfront Ballroom, which accommodates up to 150 people.

1. Each guest will be registered with proper photo ID.
2. The City building codes require that the hotel furnishes one parking space per unit. Therefore, you will be issued only one parking permit per unit. Please do not bring extra vehicles, trucks, etc. Trailers can be parked in The Breakers Gravel Parking Lot on Withers Street only, and available on a first come/first serve basis. Additional parking is available at the Convention Center for a small fee. All unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
3. All of the guests are required to pay a $100 security deposit at check check in. After approval, this will be refunded at check out, less any incidental charges.
4. The Breakers has always been a family oriented hotel and in keeping with that, they do not allow "house parties," graduation groups or youths under the age of 25, unless married or accompanied by their parents.
5. South Carolina law prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages in public.

Please note that all room types featured on this website are located in the North Tower, which is six blocks away from the resort, lazy river, and other amenities. This oceanfront hotel offers 538 guestrooms. The rooms are in the 11 story South Tower, 21 story Paradise Tower, or the 19 story North Tower. The North Tower is 6 blocks north of the main resort complex. Rooms have furnished balconies with side ocean views. The Standard Courtside view South Tower has 2 double beds, and furnished balconies with courtside view. Conveniences include dial up Internet access, microwaves, refrigerators, air conditioning, alarm clock radio, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, television, and telephone. Some amenities may not be available in all rooms.

Both North and Paradise towers are non smoking.

Rates are based on double occupancy. A $20 per person, per night fee for extra persons is due at check in. This hotel also requires a $5 per night resort fee to be paid at check in.
