This resort features a community pool with a large sundeck, beach volleyball court, children's play area, stocked fishing pond, sunning beach, exercise facility, and sundry shop.

Choose from a three or four bedroom townhouse or a four bedroom home. Each fully furnished unit features many comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, toaster and blender. Other conveniences include cable TV, iron/ironing board, telephone and washer/dryer. The three bedroom townhouse has two and a half bathrooms and can accommodate eight guests. Enjoy relaxing in the air conditioning or head out onto the patio for a dip in the heated spa. The four bedroom townhouse has three full bathrooms and a private screened in swimming pool. The four bedroom home has two and a half full bathrooms, a two car garage and a private pool with covered porch. Each four bedroom unit can accommodate 10 people.

There is a mandatory cleaning fee for stays less than five nights: the three bedroom cleaning fee is $55.00 and the four bedroom is $65.00. Fee will be collected upon check in.

This resort is completely non smoking and no pets allowed.

Maid service is NOT included but can be arranged for an additional fee.

Commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, U Haul trucks, house trailers and boats are not allowed to be parked or stored at any place on Terra Verde property.
