Resort amenities include a gated entryway, community pool, sauna, hot tub, nature trail, game room, clubhouse, sand court volleyball, exercise facility, cyber caf?, and children's playground. And, all the magic and wonder of central Florida is just outside the gates of Emerald Island.

There is a mandatory cleaning fee for stays less than five nights: the three bedroom cleaning fee is $55.00 and the four bedroom is $65.00. Fee will be collected at check in.

These spacious townhouses and homes feature plenty of room for family and guests during your vacation plus all the comforts and conveniences of your own home. Each unit includes a balcony/patio, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, and washer/dryer. The homes also include a private swimming pool and two car garage. Other comforts of home found in each unit include air conditioning, alarm clock radio, cable TV, CD player/stereo, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and telephone.

This resort is completely non smoking and no pets are allowed.

Maid service is NOT included but can be arranged for an additional fee.

This property requires a three night minimum stay.
