There is also a full kitchen for all guests to enjoy along with spices for cooking. For munchies, guests can enjoy coffe, tea, and cookies and there crackers for special kids. The inn has all tile floors for extra cleanliness and no dust. For guests who like to sleep in or don't want breakfast, they can receive restaurant and food delievery coupons. The inn is within walking distance to downtown and there are two city buses that guests can take. There is also a bike rental shop close by. The inn is located in a Swallow bird area of town. When guests stay in these pleasant rooms, they might never want to leave their cozy atmosphere. All rooms come with an alarm clock radio, telephone, and smoke detectors. Guests can enjoy the coffeemaker and complimentary coffee while cooking in the guest kitchen. Some rooms come with their own private bath, while other rooms share a bath with other guests. Relax, unwind, and enjoy the stay at Regina's bed and breakfast. The Vacation Rental is 1008 square feet and has tiled floors. The other rooms have wall to wall carpet, hardwood, linoleum floor, or knotty pine walls. Guests must request alarm clock, guest soap, shampoo, for any of the rooms. All rooms must pay $50 cash for key and damage deposit upon arrival. This property requires a two night minimum stay for all arrivals reserving the Standard Plus or Vacation Rental room types. No breakfast is included with the Vacation Rental. There is a $5 charge for carrying bags over 20 lbs. Vacation Rental is based on 4 person occupancy. It can accomodate 5 & 6 persons, but thee 5th and 6th person must pay $25 per person/per night cash at check in for maid service.
