Built on a cliff, the Hotel Garbe has superb views of the sea and surrounding areas. There is direct access from the hotel to one of the longest sandy beaches in the Algarve where fishermen still sell their catch to the local markets. The hotel boasts an Indian restaurant, a hairdresser, short mat bowling, a heated pool complete with poolside bar and sun terraces, a beach bar and a souvenir shop. Dancing is arranged six nights a week, and there is a weekly display of Portuguese dancing. The hotel has 152 bedrooms of which 108 have sea views.
