The Congress Park Hotel Flamenco is a large, modern property set within a park, on the Buda side of the Danube and one kilometer from the city center. The 355 guestrooms have simple décor with wood furniture. All feature air conditioning, televisions with satellite channels, dial up Internet connections and safe. Bathrooms have separate bathtubs and showers, make up mirrors, bathrobes and hair dryers. The hotel has a restaurant and lobby café, providing a range of international, vegetarian and Hungarian dishes. From spring to summer, the Flamenco terrace is open for alfresco dining. The city center, bus station and well known Buda Castle district are all two kilometers from the hotel. The nearest Airport is Budapst Ferihegy Airport, 22 kilometers from the hotel. An airport bus links the city center Erzsébet Square bus station with the airport every 30 minutes. There is an airport minibus service to any address in Budapest. A pre pay local bus 93 from the airport to the underground metro terminus, Köbánya Kispest although passengers may wish to alight at Deák tér where the three underground lines meet. Taxis are available from the airport at the taxi stand, but their fares can be unregulated; passengers should negotiate a fare before leaving the airport. Budapest has an inexpensive and efficient public transport system with easy links between the metro, HEV trains, buses, trams and trolleybuses. Tickets can be bought from metro stations, kiosks and newsstands.
