Bird Sanctuary
This sanctuary
is the largest wildlife and
rehabilitation center in Florida.
It has 275 permanently disabled
birds with number of species
like shore birds, water birds,

is rehabilitate and release
every bird brought to this Sanctuary.

in natural and spacious habitat
to all birds.Birds are rescued

Castle
This Solomon’s
Castle was
built by Howard Solomon with
60-foot-tall and 12,000-square-foot
in a Manatee County swamp. This
castle contains galleries of
Howard’s art and over
80 interpretive stained glass
windows. Outside of the castle
has a Boat in the Moat a Spanish
galleon, which serves as a delightful
restaurant. Walking along the
magnificent nature trail in
the sylvan setting of picturesque
Horse Creek and whimsical characters
scattered amongst the tropical
flowers and foliage is really
an interesting feature in this
castle. |
